Our 8 - 12 year old Kids class is structured to teach the values of respect, confidence, exercise and a "YES I can attitude".  This 45-minute class, attended twice a week, builds strength and self-defense skills in an environment that is positive and socially rewarding. 

Sweat, hard work, self-esteem, confidence and responsibility are the driving values of the Kids class.  Kids classes are available on the following days:

  • Tuesday: 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM
  • Wednesday: 5:00 PM - 5:45 PM
  • Thursday: 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM
